To keep our prices as low as possible, cashier’s checks or cash are the methods preferred. Credit cards are accepted on a case by case basis. Certain insurances also qualify for LV robotic surgery center as well.

All payments are made to Premium Surgical Services.

Overnight stays are not usually necessary and unfortunately we do not offer single night stays.

Included in our package price is a $200 surgical consultation fee. If you are not a candidate for surgery, you are only responsible for the consultation fee.

If the patient doesn’t have a preference, an appropriate surgeon will be selected from our qualified staff.

Quotes are valid for 60 days.
